Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Delta Foundry collects when you contact us, why we use it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and we collect as little as possible.
Who we are
Delta Foundry is an AI-first product development practice operated by its founders and based in Hungary. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Delta Foundry is not yet incorporated as a company. Once it is, the operating company will become the controller and we will update this page with its legal name and registered address.
For anything in this policy — questions, requests, complaints — email privacy@deltafoundry.io.
What we collect
Only what you give us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message (“brief”) you write. If you book a call instead, the booking tool collects the details you enter there.
We also receive the ordinary technical data that any website and email system records — for example the server logs and email headers that necessarily carry your message to us.
We do not buy personal data from third parties, we do not track you across the web, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell your data.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details only to read your message, reply to you, and explore whether we might work together.
Our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent (the checkbox you tick when you submit the form) for storing your details, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before any contract.
We do not send marketing, run advertising, profile you, or make any automated decisions about you, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (delivers the contact-form email to us), Google Workspace (our email inbox), Vercel (hosts the site and keeps server logs), and Calendly (only if you book a call). We also keep enquiries and client details in our own contact database.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not share your data with anyone else, and never for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as there is a realistic prospect of working together. We delete them when you ask us to, or once an enquiry has clearly gone nowhere.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it).
To exercise any of these, just email privacy@deltafoundry.io.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., email ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, web naih.hu.
